Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect, we would like to inform you that as the Illustrative Cooperative Union, we are the data controller for personal data and process it securely and in accordance with the law.
The General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data in connection with the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, abbreviated as GDPR, has been in force in Poland since May 25, 2018.
In this regard, we have updated our Privacy Policy, including the scope of your rights, which also include the right to delete your personal data or withdraw your consent.
We process your personal data only for necessary purposes, based on the appropriate legal basis in accordance with the GDPR. At any time, in connection with the processing of this data, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to data – you have the right to information about the scope and purpose of the processing of your personal data
- Right to rectify data – you have the right to correct data
- Right to be forgotten – you have the right to permanently delete data
- Right to restrict data processing – you have the right to suspend data processing, for example, until they are corrected or the purpose and scope of processing are clarified
- Right to data portability – you have the right to transfer data to another data controller in a machine-readable format
- Right to object – you have the right to object to the processing of data
- Right to object to profiling – you have the right to object to the use of your data for decisions based on automated processing
